St/Playcation

The tail end of Summer 2012: I was given the opportunity to stay with a psychedelic-pop trio, Staycation and capture their dream via photography as it was taking shape. Tim Perkins, Will Boire and Ricardo Soires purchased an old chapel and adjacent manor in a small village of Southern Quebec, with intentions of turning it into a recording studio/auberge. Just eight months into their renovations, I shot much of their handmade space, and inevitably captured the talent and inspiration that thrived within.
